Edison Towers

Edison Towers, originally built in 1988 in Miami, Florida, is an eight-story building on 2 acres and features 92 one bedroom- and 29 two-bedroom floor plans in addition to a two-bedroom manager’s apartment.

This year, Edison Towers will begin a total renovation with completion expected in 2024. After the renovation, the project will be targeted to seniors with incomes between 33% and 60% of the area’s median income. The rehab costs will be funded using City of Miami HOME funds, LIHTC equity, and a construction loan from Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

The property’s onsite amenities include a community room, picnic area, laundry facilities, media room, and a fitness center.
