Villa Capri is a 117-unit apartment complex situated on a 13-acre site in Homestead, Florida. The community offers two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans to families earning between 30% and 60% of the area’s median income. Amenities include a gated entrance, clubhouse, business and fitness centers, and laundry facilities.

Total development costs were funded using LIHTC, Miami Dade County HOME, Miami Dade Surtax, a Miami Dade subsidy, and a Chase construction loan.
